Project Overview
Managing complex logistics networks requires absolute precision in route scheduling, driver visibility, and overhead tracking. The client faced bottlenecks with fragmented tracking methods and manual calculation of transit tolls across multiple drop-off addresses. They envisioned Falcon—a integrated portal where fleet operators can monitor ongoing routes, track granular point-to-point pickups, and manage driver logs from one unified desktop interface while field personnel utilize a secure mobile gateway.
Key Features:
Detailed chronological visualization of explicit Pickup and Drop-off legs (e.g., specific nodes across Johar Town, Lahore) alongside real-time calculations of localized toll costs (Toll: 70 pkr).
Integrated micro-grids tracking critical monetary metrics per route, such as fixed budget summaries (Total Toll Amount: 500), to feed directly into administrative calculations.
Our Solution
We engineered a minimal, high-contrast digital interface centered around green, dark charcoal, and crisp white hues to evoke movement, safety, and modern software efficiency. By grouping nested table structures (Pickup and Drop-off nodes) inside clear data cards, we managed to fit complex geographical and financial variables into a scannable single-screen layout that maximizes operator responsiveness and minimizes data entry overheads.
